Dr. Ingrid Vasiliu-Feltes is an accomplished healthcare and life sciences executive, academician and techpreneur with a remarkable career spanning over two decades. She has held several distinguished leadership positions in academia, not for profit and business arenas, most notably CEO, President, VP, Chief Quality and Safety Officer, Chief Innovation Officer, Chief of Compliance. She serves as an Expert Advisor to the European Union Blockchain Observatory and Forum, and holding several leadership roles at the World Business Angels Investment Forum and its Institutes, which is an affiliated partner of the G20 Global Partnership for Financial Inclusion (GPFI) chaired by Her Majesty Queen Maxima of the Netherlands. She is the Founder & CEO of the Institute for Science, Entrepreneurship and Investments, Founder & CEO of RevEXpo Consulting, CEO of Softhread, Board Member of the Partners in Digital Health Institute, as well as the Government Blockchain Association, where she remains the acting Chief Innovation Officer. He is a professor in economics, fintech, marketing innovation and global on-offline communication strategies. Andrew Koh, Full-Time Faculty College of Integrative Studies / School of Computing and Information Systems. He received his PhD in computational imaging from the University of Nottingham, UK, in 2008. Early years of his career was devoted to farming as a means for poverty alleviation and education of university graduates in Cambodia. He currently researches on enhancing the well being of the migrant workers community in Singapore through technology. His teaching focuses on interdisciplinary subjects such as affective computing and sustainability from a technology perspective. Previous positions held include a Partner Seller (Analytics) at Microsoft and Assistant Director at Ministry of Manpower (ACE). His work experience through the non-profit, corporate and governmental sectors lend him an integrative lens which he aims to equip his students with.
Prof. (Dr.) Ranbir Singh is the former and founder Vice-Chancellor of National Law University, Delhi established by the Delhi Government in 2008. In just a short span of 12 years he has steered NLU, Delhi which has been ranked as the 2nd best law school of India in the NIRF – 2018 rankings. It’s the acknowledgement of his administrative and leadership abilities that NLU, Delhi is now recognized not only in India but also at the international level. With over two decades of experience in heading the law school he carries the aura of a visionary who as an outstanding statesmen and academician shown immense commitment and contribution towards changing the legal education landscape of the country. Prior to his stint in NLU, Delhi, he was the founder Vice-Chancellor of NALSAR, University of Law, established by the Andhra Pradesh Government and had been at its helm since its inception in 1998. Prof. Singh’s acumen took NALSAR to great heights as a well-known premier institution for legal education and research in the country. He has been a Vice-Chancellor for over 20 years now. Prof. Singh’s contribution in redesigning legal education in the country has been significant being a member of the Legal Education Committee of the Bar Council of India. His legal writings span the areas of Jurisprudence, Human Rights, Legal Education, Legal Aid, Personal Laws and Justice Education and has more than 50 research publications to his credit. He has edited two publications one on “Human Rights Education, Law and Society” and the other on “Cyber Space and the Law – Issues and Challenges”. He has also authored along with Prof. A. Lakshminath two scholarly publications, one on ‘Fiscal Federalism – Constitutional Conspectus’ and the other on ‘Constitutional Law’. Under his guidance several scholars have been awarded Ph.D. Degrees and his rich teaching/research experience enabled him to visit and participate in several International Conferences and Seminars and present papers in several countries like Australia, Brazil, Bhutan, China, Taiwan, South Africa Cyprus, Canada, France, Hong Kong, Israel, Italy, Pakistan, Switzerland, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Thailand, Russia, Germany, South Korea, U.K. and United States of America. He has visited best of law schools in U.K. and USA and interacted with leading legal academics and functionaries of higher judiciary in these countries. He has also been a part of the high level delegation which presented India’s National Report on Human Rights in the third Universal Periodic Review at United Nations Human Rights Council, Geneva, Switzerland held in May, 2017. Prof. (Dr.) Ranbir Singh prepared the India’s National Report for the First UPR, while he was the Vice-Chancellor of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad and the Second and Third UPR has also been prepared by Prof. (Dr.) Ranbir Singh at NLUD on behalf of MEA and Govt. of India. Prof. Singh has been the recipient of many awards in recognition of accomplishments, both, as an administrator and teacher / researcher and some of them are: Symbiosis-IALS (International Association of Law Schools, USA) Lifetime Achievement Award: For excellence in legal and justice education during the 2017 Global Law Dean’s Forum; Life Time Achievement Award: In recognition of the exemplary contribution towards Legal Education by Dr. N. M. Veeraiyan, Chancellor, Saveetha University; Karmayogi Samman: Haryana Institute of Fine Arts, by Shri Kuldeep Sharma, Speaker, Haryana Legislative Assembly; "Professor N.R. Prof. Dr. A. Lakshminath is a rare combination of an erudite scholar, an astute administrator, a relentless researcher and a revered teacher in the legal fraternity. For the past 52 years, he served with single-minded devotion in the academia in law in multiple capacities across the country as Founder Chancellor, D.S. National Law University, Visakhapatnam (A.P.); and, Founder Pro-Chancellor Emeritus as well as Founder Vice-Chancellor, Chanakya National Law University. Prof. Lakshminath has rendered selfless service to the cause of legal education by strengthening both the Universities that continue to compete with 20 other National Law Universities as Centres of Excellence in Legal Education. He has authored/co-authored 14 Books and 215 Articles in reputed Journals. He was the Editor of twelve law journals of national and international repute. Prof. Lakshminath has served the cause of legal education in almost all parts of the country. He was Fulbright Visiting Professor at the University of Massachusetts, U.S.A., Fellow of Salzburg Seminar, Austria and Visiting Professor at Banaras Hindu University, and Guest Professor at Fort Valley State University, Georgia, USA, amongst many other universities and institutions. He has delivered key note addresses in more than 200 national and international seminars and symposia in India and across the globe including USA, UK, Japan and Europe. Prof. A. Lakshminath was conferred Prof. N.R. Madhava Menon Best Law Teacher Award in 2012 for SAARC countries for his long and distinguished services to legal education and legal profession, Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Education Award in 2008 and Lifetime Achievement Award by International Educators for World Peace, Alabama, USA in 2007.
Dr. Sandeep Sancheti who holds a highly-dignified position as the Provost (Vice Chancellor) of Marwadi University, Rajkot, has a remarkable 34+ years of experience in the field of higher education in the domains of teaching, research, and administration. Dr. Sancheti has been one of the longest serving Vice-Chancellor of the country (with more than 15 years in this position) and has served/ headed all major higher educational institutions like Institutes of National Importance, Govt. and Private State Universities, Govt. and Private State Deemed Universities, etc. Dr. Sanchet has been a diligent and skillful administrator and dedicated Institution Builder over the exceptional years of his academic career. He has served as President of Manipal University (Jaipur), Founder Director of National Institute of Technology (Delhi), Director of NITK (Surathkal) and Director In-charge of NIT (Tiruchirapally), NIT (Calicut), School of Planning & Architecture (SPA) (Delhi), and also Mentor Director of NIT (Goa), NIT (Puducherry) and NIT (Sikkim). Besides, Dr. Sancheti has also served MNIT (Jaipur) for more than 22 years and MBM Engineering College (Jodhpur) for more than six years with distinction. He is also serving many professional bodies like SPIC MACAY, FICCI, CII, EPSI, IUCEE, NAAC, Atal Innovation Mission, among others in different capacities. In addition, he holds a strong position in prestigious institutions of UGC, AICTE & AIU and has been a part of Indian delegations abroad. Being a well-known educationist and technocrat of international repute, Dr. Sanchet has been a true inspiration to thousands of young minds. His immense contribution to higher education has got him to hold the most designated positions in numerous putative education institutions. His ceaseless endeavor and hard work of 34+ years made him the worthy bearer of numerous awards including the recipient of Commonwealth Scholarship & Fellowship under Colombo Plan; SERC Fellowship from DST, Gol; and UKISTRF award from British Council. Being an assiduous researcher, Dr. Sancheti has been a significant contribution to the field of research through externally funded projects resulting in more than 75 research papers in national/ international journals and conferences.
