Prof. Dr. M.K.Bhandari is one of the senior most Professor of Law in India with 45 years of experience in Teaching, Research and Management of 4 major Universities in India. He has written 8 Books on subjects like Comparative Constitutions, Intellectual Property Rights, Human Rights, Evidence Law, Legal Aid and Law and Technology(In Press).
His 85 research-oriented Articles and Papers have been published in India and overseas Journals of repute. His recent Article and Chapter on Digital Twins and Smart Contract have been published in Books being published from USA.
Prof. Bhandari has produced 80 Educational Films and TV shows on series of Issues related to United Nations, Human Rights and Technology, Constitutional Law and Intellectual Property Laws. Prof Bhandari is an influential speaker and has delivered close to 1,15,000 (One Lac Fifteen Thousand) lectures, talks, interactive interviews on various Fora, Universities in India & abroad, social media Platforms, TV Channels and University Grants Commission MultiMedia Research Center in India. Prof. Bhandari has successfully organised close to 90 National and International Conferences, Seminars, Roundtables, Symposia and Moot Court Competitions
Currently, Prof. Bhandari is engrossed with his global Team of dedicated and distinguished experts on issues relating to Application and Regulation of Emerging Technologies.
